The 16th Asiad


The 16th Asian games were held at Guangzhou. China 12-27 Nov. 2010. More than 9704 athletes from 45 Asian countries participated in these games. As expected, China topped the medals tally with 199 golds, 119 silvers and 98 bronzes followed South Korea with 76 gold, 65 silvers and 91 bronze medals. Japan was placed third with 211 medals including 48 gold.
      India was placed sixth with 14 Gold, 17 Silvers and 33 Bronzes.
